Rageseeker phEia

Rageseeker phEia, for the Zephyr project. The Furious Zephyr has stained the mask of this member of the moon tribe, and the winds dance in agressive patterns with the windfolk's scarf. phEia has attached a set of blue feathers, imbued with the Sorrowful Zephyr, in order to keep the overflowing emotions from further cracking the mask.
